Course Description for Continuing Education Classroom Course

This real estate course satisfies the continuing education requirement for a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Florida Real Estate Broker license. The course covers the core law requirement in addition to real estate brokerage relationships, property condition and inspections, fair housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, real estate finance, contracts, closings and has been approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission to satisfy the continuing education requirement for a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License or Florida Real Estate Broker license. Florida requires that all sales associates and brokers complete a real estate continuing education course in each two year license period after their initial license period.

The course includes the most current course manual published by Dearborn that has been approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission and is taught by Andy Gray who has been active in the real estate business since 1971. In addition to teaching real estate courses, Andy Gray has provided consulting services to real estate brokers in Florida and has testified in court as an expert witness regarding real estate practices in Florida.

Andy Gray Schools of Real Estate, Inc. notifies the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation after students complete this course which enables students to renew their Florida real estate license.
