Course Description for Sales Associate Pre License Classroom Course
This real estate course satisfies the education requirement for a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. The course covers the real estate business, license law and qualifications for licensure, brokerage relationships, violations of Florida real estate license law, property rights and interests, real estate contracts, real estate financing, taxes affecting real estate and all the other topics required by the Florida Real Estate Commission to obtain a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. Although this course is intended to enable students to pass a state exam and obtain a real estate license, many investors have also taken this course to acquire additional knowledge about the real estate business.
The course includes the most current course manual published by Dearborn that has been approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission and is taught by Andy Gray who has been active in the real estate business since 1971. In addition to teaching real estate courses, Andy Gray has provided consulting services to real estate brokers in Florida and has testified in court as an expert witness regarding real estate practices in Florida.
Students completing this course are also eligible to attend a classroom real estate cram course at no additional charge for up to two years after they complete the course.
